| M.E.Charm (ex) project leader | Posted: 15 minutes later As said, those are general cartoon bears, and not Care Bears, and I have a comment on the "There!", cos', as said by someone else, the creepy part is the demented smile on the Care Bears, creating a kind of zombie atmosphere. It's very nicely done, though! Seriously! Some fatal hints for how I pictured it in my mind: Keep in mind the zombie part. The care bears in my comic are all the one with the heart on his belly, cos' the original Care Bears cloned eachother to make this zombie like army to take over the world. So they won't say anything. THey'll just smile, and try to hug you. *shiver* The name's M.E. Charm. Adress me with my full name. If not, I will not give you your jelly. | YarpsDat project leader and website manager | Posted: 15 minutes after that okay, I pictured them more as body snatchers, hence "There!!!" (or maybe should've used GRaaaRRGH!"), I'm not sure if I feel like fighting mindless zombies, it sucked in Resident Evil. I mean if all they can do is slowly walk up to you then they don't pose much of a threat. Now if there was something/someone controlling them, and maybe some cyberneticaly enchanced killer bears. Or some teddy bombers- suicidal squads. Just an idea. The one crazy enough to make this fake forum. |

Cos' the whole damn street is filled up by countles and countless Care Bears who want to hug!!! AAAAH! If we would make it really scary and/or original, it would just become some.. comic. (I mean the movie) It was incredibly boring too, and the whole base was filled with countless and countless zombies that just wanted to touch you, and yes rip you apart and eat you, but I say it's close enough to hugging. (at least when seen from a distance) And really, with our super-powers and hi-tech, it just doesn't sound fair killing mindless zombies that can't even defend themselves. It makes us look like the badguys. "mommy, mommy they killed that bear, why would they do that?" "I don't know. I don't know. | YarpsDat project leader and website manager | Posted: Mon Jun 02, 2003 11:56 pm (BC) it's a bit doodley, but I hoped I'll manage to post it yesterday (I failed). I was going to draw a hundred of bears beeing moved down with a mashinegun, and then a hudreds of dead or dying bodies on the street, but I was too lazy, and in too much hurry. And I couldn't see mecharms images yesterday so I couldn't actually continue the story. Let's say it happens same time, diffrent place. Then I/we met some other people and join the main group in the base (if someone wants to continue this part) (BTW, JPSloan I'm not sure I know your super power, may I suggest the hammerspace, or unlimited ammo for any weapon you touch? May come in handy) I have a bit of dialogue for myself someone else can use: someone: why don't you have your headset? me: I'm afraid orbital death platform would lock on signals emited by this thing. someone: No it won't. Besides they don't have one. (a bit angry) I don't think there even _is_ one. me: allright then (not entusiastic, just accepting others reasoning), give me that then.
