They did this all in secret. Nobody suspected the Care Bears of these rampaging bright colored bears... Only the comicgenesis Forum users knew about it, the General Discussion frequenters in particular. Just as they wanted to go to the U.N. to tell them the Care Bears did it, a radioactive meteor crashed into the comicgenesis Server, the General Discussion board on the comicgenesis Forum in particular (what a coincidence!). The Forum frequenters, veterans, newbies, and all scum in between got powers. Superpowers. With their high amount of imagination, they created a new breed of superheroes..... They forgot why after some time, and played cards with eachother's moms, untill another town fell prey to the virus! They quickly set up a team.. The Care Bear Demolition Squad. the rough storyline according to me: Fight Care Bears. (in progress) Find cloning machine. Destroy said cloning machine. Find original Care Bears. Have big ass fight with said Care Bears. Find out Evil Jamie was aiding them. Have big ass fight with giant Care Bear summoned/created by Evil Jamie, so he gets away. Party for saving the world. | M.E.Charm (ex) project leader | Posted: long before the crash The Care Bears superclones are almost everywhere, and not just in one building. They roam the streets of a large town (I'll get a map for it) which has been evacuated once the Care Bears were spotted. Now we, The Care Bear Demolition Squad, take on the duty of removing all Care Bears by killing them all. The Care Bears come in groups counting about 250 Care Bears, and there are infinite amounts of these, there is another group to replace a disabled group. These groups spread out over the town, trying to find living things they can hug. The best way to kill them is to set them all on fire, but if you don't pay attention to every single one of them, there might be some survivors popping up from between the piles of burned Care Bears. Watch out for that! Alot of members from the Care Bear Demolition Squad are strong enough to take on more than 50 bears without help so they go in vigilante style, others like to team up, or are forced to team up cos' they aren't strong enough to walk around on their own. All members have a headset which keeps an open channel, so you can hear anything which is said into the microphone. After some time of battling the Care Bears, we, ofcourse, notice killing the bears isn't gonna work. We have to find out where they come from (YarpsDat, you incomic can suggest that). Then we'll find the Care Bear HQ and get into trouble with Jamie's puppy, but that's enough future thinking for today. We have to have some wild action scenes first. The name's M.E. Charm. | M.E.Charm (ex) project leader | Posted: long before the crash A NEW IDEA Well now, you see that little idea. The bears weren't clones after all! Ahum.. The Care Bears designed and created a DNA-scrambling virus (Jamie helped! ), turning everyone infected with it into Care Bears. The virus is transported by excessive hugging. So the cities were first put in quarintine, to isolate and destroy the virus, but after some time, everybody disappeared and the Care Bear number got higher! So they evacuated everything nearby, and placed minefields and fences around the city, to prevent the virus from leaking out. This happened at some three cities, the current one being one of them, the other two bombed to the ground and buried under cement. But there's a big chance this will occur more and more... Will TCBDS stop this nonsense in time? A side-note for the cartoonists; Don't put this information into your comic. You can find out stuff etcetera, but the actual explanation should come from the Care Bears themselves, and the REAL explanation should come from Jamie, but that's too far in the future. Also a note for the lurkers of this thread; More spoilers like these are bound to follow. Beware. Remember, for more information turn to M.E. Charm (mecharm)! He has answers to all your Care Bear Invasion related questions; if not, he'll come up with a witty comeback. .... It's still nagging me a bit.. eventhough it's a really cool idea, I need to.... Ahum... The Care Bear Invasion; DNA effecting virus. CBI virus for short. Also reffered to as the "Love" virus. Designed for transforming of humans into Care Bears. The subject will take on the body of a Care Bear, and roughly the thoughts it posseses. For the designing of the virus, the Care Bears and Evil Prof. Dr. Jamie had taken the red Care Bear, carrying a Heart symbol on it's front. It is herefor that all succesfully infected humans will look like the said Care Bear. These transformed/infected humans have none of the powers, nor the physic abilities of the original Care Bears. They are only there for the purpose of spreading the "Love and Happiness" further. The first case of this virus outside the Care Bearian labs popped up in the great capitol of (...). It was also here where the destruction of this virus was displayed, as all of the 900,000 citizens, and probably also visitors, turned into these zombie like bears. The UN told the government to take no chances, and send out the army to isolate and elliminate this "problem". The city was flattened, and covered in cement. The second case of the virus popped up in the even bigger city, (...). After the first infected human turned into a Care Bear, it was quickly killed by a fast-acting policeman, and a large hunt for all Care Bears was opened. When people still became Care Bears, the city was placed in quarentine. It was only weeks untill all citizens became Care Bears. The virus had improved. Again, the city was bombed and sealed away. The third and current case popped up in a remarkebly smaller town, (...). The government was out of money, and isolating the city with electrified fences and minefields proved positive. Also, TCBDS showed up. Only nobody knows about that. TCBDS is the only group of people who know the Care Bears themselves are behind the virus. Their fear and childhood traumas for the Care Bears proved in their succes, when M.E. Charm's theory proved true with numerous evidence as back-up. ... Still, nagging... Hmmm.... I should'nt make it too detailed, but.. it's fun to make absurd things realistic....... I think... Hmmmm....... No, I'm actually satisfied now. The name's M.E. Charm. Adress me with my full name. (in progress) Discover the mysteries behind the carebears virus. Meanwhile EvilJamie will be doing his evil things making our job even more complicated.
